By accessing or participating, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be:

• At least 18 years old, or

• Accompanied by a parent/guardian if under 18

2. Event Participation

By participating, you agree to:

• Follow event rules and instructions

• Act respectfully toward hosts, staff, venues, and other participants

• Avoid disruptive, unsafe, or offensive behavior

We reserve the right to remove participants without refund for violations.

3. Registration & Payments

• Event registrations are subject to availability

• Payments are final unless otherwise stated

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, questions, formats, and materials are owned by BlockBusters Trivia and may not be copied or reused without permission.

5. User Content

By submitting content (e.g., team names, photos, testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for promotional and operational purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockBusters Trivia is not liable for:

• Personal injury

• Property damage

• Lost items

• Technical failures

• Event cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlockBusters Trivia from claims arising out of your participation or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
