Liability, Media & Participation Waiver

By attending or participating in a BlockBusters Trivia event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in trivia events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slips, falls, or minor injuries

• Crowded environments

• Use of electronic equipment

I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless BlockBusters Trivia, its organizers, hosts, partners, venues, and staff from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.

3. Medical Responsibility

I am responsible for my own medical condition and fitness to participate.

4. Photography & Videography Consent

I grant BlockBusters Trivia the right to:

• Photograph, film, or record me during events

• Use my likeness, voice, and image for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes

• Publish such content on websites, social media, and promotional materials

This consent is royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual.

5. Opt-Out Option

If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will notify event staff prior to the event. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate this request.

6. Binding Agreement

I acknowledge that this waiver is binding and that I have read and understood its terms.
